All return packages must be received within 30 days of the date of original purchase.
Please allow 48 hours for your return to be processed upon the arrival of our package.
Refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit which can be used online.
You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your return has been processed, and the amount of credit that has been applied to your account.
Shipping is non-refundable, unless we have made a shipping error.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
We do not accept returns on jewelry.
Discounts cannot be applied to previously purchased items.

If the items you ordered are not in their original unwashed, unworn, & smoke-free condition.
If the original tags are not attached.
